Alice showed us several properties and we made an offer on one that was ultimately rejected. The next weekend we were out looking for another property when she showed us one that had not yet hit the market. She helped us negotiate a fair price with the seller and we ended up in a better house than the first property we wanted to buy. If Alice didn't know Crow Point and the other active realtors we would have ended up in a bidding war for the house we bought.
